Equipped with advanced diamond-turning (DT) machines, we achieve unparalleled precision in tool fabrication. This enables us to produce high-accuracy products with surface form errors as low as 2 waves per 2.5 cm diameter and ultra-fine surface finishes of 3-4 nanometers (Ra). Our capabilities also extend to direct DT cutting on polymer for rapid lens validation, as well as Silicon and Germanium for infrared optics applications.
