UVC LED Disinfection Systems
UVC-based disinfection (UVGI) uses UV-C light to inactivate viruses, bacteria, and fungi by disrupting their DNA/RNA, preventing replication. UV-C LEDs, with wavelengths like 255nm to 285nm, are effective for disinfection and are cost-efficient compared to traditional mercury-based lamps. ProPhotonix’s COBRA Clean FX1, a compact UV-C LED lamp, offers rapid development for disinfection applications with peak irradiance and energy density.
Laser Diodes
ProPhotonix distributes laser diodes from Ushio, Osram, Panasonic, QSI, and Ondax, offering a wide range of wavelengths and power outputs. With over 25 years of experience, ProPhotonix provides expertise in selecting the right laser diode for your application. They stock red, green, blue, violet, and infrared diodes. Use their laser diode selector to find suitable options.
UV LED Curing Systems
ProPhotonix’s UV LED curing systems, such as the COBRA Cure FX series, are ideal for applications like printing, 3D printing, coatings, and adhesives. These systems offer longer lifetimes, lower maintenance costs, significant energy savings, and no ozone or mercury emissions. The “cold cure” feature is perfect for heat-sensitive substrates. Each lamp is configurable to meet specific application requirements.
Laser Modules
ProPhotonix designs and manufactures plug-and-play laser diode modules for various applications, including machine vision, industrial alignment, life sciences, scientific instrumentation, particle measurement, and 3D printing. These modules are available in wavelengths from 405nm to 1300nm, with output powers up to 2W and various beam shapes. Options include CW, pulsed, or TTL modulation, and temperature-stabilized modules. Use the Laser Module Selector to find suitable modules.
LED Line Lights
ProPhotonix’s LED Line Lights are designed and manufactured with a focus on high intensity and excellent uniformity, making them suitable for a wide range of applications. These lights are particularly ideal for line scan and web inspection of materials such as paper, foil, metal, road surfaces, PCBs, and semiconductors. Their consistent and reliable performance, even in challenging environments, ensures peace of mind for our customers.
Custom LED Lighting Solutions
ProPhotonix’s multidisciplinary team is dedicated to designing unique LED solutions for machine vision, medical, and security applications. These solutions are tailored to meet high-intensity, multi-wavelength lighting requirements and more. By addressing unique optical, mechanical, and electronic requirements, they enhance functionality, quality, productivity, and cost-efficiency. Their commitment to quality ensures high-performance LED lighting solutions that are optimized for both commercial and technical needs.
