Dear Sam and Meir,
I hope all is well with you and your family during these complicated times. I wanted to take the opportunity to say how much I appreciate Erez and Diego’s hard work setting up my system.
When I bought the 2-Photon system nobody could have imagined how much things would change and how complicated a visit from abroad to install the system would be. Erez worked day and night to make the installation happened and Diego took a huge personal risk flying during a global pandemic. During the installation they both worked relentlessly to make every minute count, even though the small temporary room for the system raised many challenges.
Through this whole process both Thorlabs and Rosh teams did everything they could to help in the most supportive fashion and I truly appreciate it.
May the new Jewish year brings us all health, prosperity and a lot of 2-Photon data.
